Welcome to Momyt Meet. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Momyt Meet mobile application ("App"), which is owned and operated by Homyt, located and registered at Ramallah-Jerusalem Street, Ramallah, Palestinian Territories ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By accessing or using the Momyt Meet App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Homyt.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete any content or information associated with your account.
You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account is prohibited and may result in termination of all your accounts.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the rights to your User Content as described in these Terms.
We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We do not endorse or support any User Content posted by users or third parties.
If you believe that any content on the App infringes your copyright, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Homyt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the App settings or by contacting us directly.
We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or upon request by law enforcement or other government agencies.
Upon termination of your account, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim to our contact information provided below.
If we cannot resolve the dispute through informal means, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Palestinian Territories.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Palestinian Territories, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ramallah, Palestinian Territories, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, or industrial disputes.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
